- WHAT ARE MOLLY'S MACARONS 901 BUSINESS HOURS?
- Molly's Macarons 901 is a local, small business that is home-based. All orders are prepared in a domestic kitchen, by Professional Chef Krissie, who is ServSafe certified for proper and safe preparation of food.
- Molly's Macarons 901 offers online ability to place an order 24/7. Confirmation calls to confirm details of orders are handled Monday-Friday 10a-5p ONLY. If you place an order on the weekend or holiday, follow-up will be scheduled on the next business day during 10a-5p.
- HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER WITH MOLLY'S MACARONS
- Orders are placed by completing the order form on the tab for which you are placing an order for - no telephone orders.
- This process is established to give customers the opportunity to review flavors offered, pricing, booking and cancellation policies prior to placing an order.
- HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER PLACED WITH MOLLY'S MACARONS?
- Upon receipt of your order, you will be contacted to confirm the details of your order.
- Molly's Macarons will send an invoice for payment which is to be PAID IN FULL upon receipt.
- Any invoice not paid upon receipt will be subject to CANCELLATION.
- Any custom orders placed in advance, but not PAID IN FULL and is within less required notice time of pick-up/delivery will be considered a rush order and will be charged an additional expedited fee based on order type.
- Molly's Macarons only accepts a deposit on custom orders of $400 or greater.
- 50% of the balance must be received to confirm your order, not paying the deposit amount automatically cancels the order.
- Remaining balance MUST BE PAID 7-days prior to pick-up/delivery, failure to pay balance subjects your order to cancellation and forfeits refund of deposit paid. *Please read the cancellations policy section at the end of this page.
- Molly's Macarons does not accept partial payments on balances less than $400, making a partial payment on an order less than $400 can subject your order to cancellation and forfeits refund of any monies paid.
- Molly's Macarons does not accept CASH payments upon pick-up or delivery of custom orders.
- Molly's Macarons is not responsible for invalid email addresses or phone numbers that result in delivery failure of invoice and no submittal of payment. Check your spam/junk folder to ensure you receive email correspondence that does not come to your primary inbox. You will receive notification of order cancellation if no payment is received.
- WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS FOR MOLLY'S MACARONS?
- Custom Macaron Orders (up to 4-dozens) must be placed 7-days in advance of requested pick-up or delivery date.
Any orders placed less than 7-days are subject to an EXPEDITED FEE of $25, if availability permits. - Custom Macarons for more than 4-dozens, Macaron Cakes, Macaron Party Favor Boxes or Baby Shower Favors must be placed 14-days in advance of requested pick-up or delivery date. Any orders placed less than 14-days are subject to an EXPEDITED FEE of $50, if availability permits.
- During the Farmer's Market Season (May-Sept) Molly's Macarons will accept a limited amount of pre-order sales for flavors offered each week at the market. Molly's Macaron reserves the right to limit pre-sale orders at any time to ensure availability of baked goods for walk-up customers who frequent the Farmer's Market. "Early bird gets the macaron!"

- HOW DO I STORE MY FRENCH MACARONS?
- French macarons are freshly baked goods made with quality ingredients.
- Macarons should remain refrigerated until ready to eat.
- If preferred, allow macarons to sit at room temperature a few minutes prior to eating.
- Upon pick-up of an order, I highly DO NOT recommend traveling around with macarons that are not placed in a cooler/container on an ice-pack. Prolonged warm temperature can cause fillings to be overly softened or melted.
- Upon delivery of an order, I highly DO NOT recommend allowing macarons to sit at room temp (especially during warmer seasons or outdoors) that are not placed on a cooler slab or in refrigeration until ready to be served. Prolonged warm temperature can cause fillings to be overly softened or melted.
- Molly's Macarons will not be responsible, nor offer replacement of macaron orders once picked up by customer.
WHAT IS MOLLY'S MACARONS CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
- For "Farmer's Market Pre-Sale" orders there is no refund if you have to cancel your order. Molly's Macarons ask that customers do not place orders that you are not able to commit to pick-up during market hours of 8a-12p, as no refunds will be given.
- For advance custom macaron orders (orders submitted 14-days or more in advance), customers must request cancellation of order 7-days prior to date of scheduled pick-up or delivery and a FULL REFUND will be issued.
- For advance custom orders (orders submitted 30-days or more in advance) for more than 4-dozens macarons, Favor Boxes, Baby Shower Favors or Macaron Cakes customers must request cancellation of order 14-days prior to date of scheduled pick-up or delivery and a FULL REFUND will be issued.
- For any custom orders of macarons, favor boxes, baby shower favors or macaron cakes booked on or within the 7 or 14-day window (based on order type), there is no refund for cancellation. Molly's Macarons ask that customers do not place orders that you are not able to commit to.
- If no cancellation request is received within forementioned cancellation windows based on order type before day of scheduled pick-up or delivery, customer forfeits refund.
- Molly's Macarons ask that customers do not place orders that you are not able to commit to pick-up as no refunds will be given after above noted cancellation window has elapsed.
- Cancellation policy DOES NOT apply to any expedited orders, NO EXCEPTIONS.
